Owner of Advance Driver Training
Paul’s passion is to train and develop car drivers to become safe drivers on the road by helping reduce accidents from effective observations, anticipation, good road planning and awareness.
Paul's driving career started in 1987, a year later after passing the driving test he passed the Institute of Advanced Driving test (IAMs).
Paul's passion towards advanced driving led him to pass the the RoSPA advanced driving exam and obtained the ‘Gold’ award in 2014. From then Paul had been a volunteer observer for the local RoSPA advanced car group (ROADAR) until recently. Paul went on to pass the National Diploma in Advance Driving Instruction (2017).

- DVSA Fleet Driver Trainer (2017)
- Registerd Pass Plus trainer / assessor
- Award in Eduction and Training BTEC Level 3 (former PTLLS course)
- Coaching for Driver Development BTEC Level 4 (2020) - Tri Coaching partnership
- Energy Saving Trust trainer for economy driving and electric vehicles
